Fishery Ulva lactuca is a potential green seaweed species that causes tides and has not been utilized. U. the potency to attract cellulolytic bacteria due its high carbohydrate content. commonly found on southern seacoast of Java Island, one which Ujung Genteng Beach, Sukabumi, Indonesia. In this research, we investigated from lactuca. Sources are coming environment, surface seaweed, inside (endophytes). To be able determine origin bacteria, total plate count (TPC) was calculated with treatment without washing, washing distilled water, combination water alcohol.
